Israeli Strikes Kill 3 in Gaza, Ceasefire Violations Top 930 Dead

(MENAFN) Three Palestinians lost their lives and several others sustained injuries Tuesday in a fresh wave of Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip, as violations of a fragile ceasefire continue to mount, a medical source confirmed.

In central Gaza, an Israeli drone targeted a civilian vehicle traveling along Salah al-Din Street east of Deir al-Balah, claiming one life and wounding multiple others, a source told media.

A second fatality was recorded in southern Gaza, where Israeli forces shot a Palestinian in the head north of Khan Younis, the same source reported.

Hours earlier, at dawn, a drone strike hit a crowd of civilians in the Bani Abu Salah area of central Gaza, killing one person and wounding five, according to a medical source at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Artillery fire was also reported in southern Khan Younis, though casualty figures remain unavailable.

On the ground, the Israeli military pressed forward with the demolition of structures across territory it controls in both northern and southern Gaza, local witnesses told media.

Since the ceasefire came into force on Oct. 10, 2025, Israeli forces have killed 932 Palestinians and wounded 2,859 in near-daily attacks, according to the Gaza Media Office.

The truce formally ended a two-year military campaign launched in October 2023 — a conflict that, per Palestinian tallies, has killed nearly 73,000 people and injured more than 173,000, the majority of them women and children.
